Our Gold Range selection is entirely MSA certified, and may be sourced from cattle that is either pasture fed or marble score 2+ grain fed.
If you’d like to portion your own steaks, consider purchasing one of our primal cuts which give you greater control over steak size and thickness.

The steak was nicely trimmed in good colour. A beautiful cut of meat that offers the best of both worlds - flavour and tenderness.
Ribbon of fat on the outside was minimal but sufficient to keep the steak moist and the veil of gristle was proportionally low.
The steak was firm and in a perfect size/thickness for pan grilling or BBQ. The flavour was more robust than i expected which was wonderful and the taste lingered. Because it was well rested after cooking it remained moist and tender while offering good texture.

Delivery & Returns
Delivery
- We deliver 4 days a week from Tuesday to Friday. Any orders for delivery placed will be allocated to delivery the next working day.
- There must be someone available to receive the order with access to cold storage. If you will be at work, consider having your order delivered to your work address
- We are unable to leave your order without sufficient cooling options in place.
- We will not take any responsibility for stock once delivered into a cooler when directed by our customers.
- Orders outside ACT are as selected at checkout and shipping calculated.
- We offer free delivery for orders over $50 to ACT, orders under $50 will incur a $5 delivery charge. All other delivery cost outside of the ACT will be calculated at shipping.
Returns
- Return should be notified within 24 hours for refund
- In case you are not satisfied after consuming our products, please contact us to discuss and we will provide replacement if it’s a genuine product issue
