Delivery & Returns

Delivery

• We deliver 4 days a week from Tuesday to Friday.  Any orders for delivery placed will be allocated to delivery the next working day.
• There must be someone available to receive the order with access to cold storage. If you will be at work, consider having your order delivered to your work address
• We are unable to leave your order without sufficient cooling options in place.
• We will not take any responsibility for stock once delivered into a cooler when directed by our customers.
• Orders outside ACT are as selected at checkout and shipping calculated. 
• We offer free delivery for orders over $50 to ACT, orders under $50 will incur a $5 delivery charge. All other delivery cost outside of the ACT will be calculated at shipping. 

Returns

• Return should be notified within 24 hours for refund
• In case you are not satisfied after consuming our products, please contact us to discuss and we will provide replacement if it’s a genuine product issue
