Our Platinum pasture fed scotch fillet is for people who prefer a finer and more subtle marbling texture compare to similar marble scored grain fed beef/wagyu which means the richness of the fat marbling taste is less likely to be overwhelming. The darker meat is a signature feature of pasture fed beef and speaks to its distinctive flavour.
Purchasing our primal cut gives you the control over steak size and thickness.

Delivery & Returns
Delivery
- We deliver 4 days a week from Tuesday to Friday.Ā Any orders for delivery placed will be allocated to delivery the next working day.
- There must be someone available to receive the order with access to cold storage. If you will be at work, consider having your order delivered to your work address
- We are unable to leave your order without sufficient cooling options in place.
- We will not take any responsibility for stock once delivered into a cooler when directed byĀ our customers.
- Orders outside ACT are as selected at checkout and shipping calculated.Ā
- We offer free delivery for orders over $50 to ACT, orders under $50 will incur a $5 delivery charge. All other delivery cost outside of the ACT will be calculated at shipping.Ā
